I drove 3 hours out of state for an appointment with Jalen after seeing their work online and absolutely would (and will) do it again! Everything was very clean, she was very gentle, and thoroughly explained everything step by step. Any other time I’ve gotten my nails done and asked for a design I’ve never left with anything close to what I asked for or was happy with until these!
I received a gift certificate to Buffed and polished nails. I have never been there before. I worked with Jazmyne, who was great. They were friendly and had lots of fun. David brought out a karaoke machine to entertain us. Everyone was like family there. Thank you Jazmyne and David for making my experience fun.

I have been coming here since I first moved to Short Pump and needed my nails saved as they were all breaking below the nail bed. I thankfully was taken under the guidance of Tajj and he’s been absolutely fantastic since.
My nails have never been this long naturally thanks to builder gel and he worked with me for weeks coming up with the most perfect wedding nail. This is two weeks growth and they still look brand new. Obsessed.
