I drove 3 hours out of state for an appointment with Jalen after seeing their work online and absolutely would (and will) do it again! Everything was very clean, she was very gentle, and thoroughly explained everything step by step. Any other time I’ve gotten my nails done and asked for a design I’ve never left with anything close to what I asked for or was happy with until these!
I've been here twice in both times my nails have started cracking and breaking after a week and a half. The first time I got the the young lady who I first saw forgot to tell my nail tech that I was there and I had to wait to be acknowledged. Very underwhelmed by the service here.
I received a gift certificate to Buffed and polished nails. I have never been there before. I worked with Jazmyne, who was great. They were friendly and had lots of fun. David brought out a karaoke machine to entertain us. Everyone was like family there. Thank you Jazmyne and David for making my experience fun.
