These people are lazy. The people going out to the houses has no real knowledge of the process. The don’t not call and check on you. You have to be ugly to get stuff done. I have been trying to be a caregiver and I have been in the process for over two months and it’s been a nightmare. I would not recommend them and will change once I am clear to work.

Everything WAS great speaking and being serviced by keondra, who is a facilitator. That all changed after meeting the director MS DABNEY she had an issue with me calling reaching out to the facilitator about a problem I had trouble with getting under control with my father’s case. Her issue was me calling multiple times during the month. about the issue she loves to remind you how many times you’ve called and what she has stated before. Giving the impression that she’s annoyed over and over. Letting me know it was a privilege for me speaking to her because she speaks to the the consumer directly!
