“Everyone I met at VTT acted professionally, & compassionately which made me feel comfortable. There was always great communication & I appreciate how thorough meetings were. My son, Landon, enjoyed all the therapists he saw but was especially attached to Akeila. She worked at his pace, listened to him, & had amazing energy. “I discovered Crestwood Optical using Yelp and Washington Consumer's Checkbook. Crestwood Optical has numerous outstanding reviews on both consumer rating platforms. I initially thought Crestwood Optical was another optical retail outlet that I had previously visited in Manassas, but I was incorrect. I was also considering visiting another optical retail outlet in Haymarket, but they had draconian COVID protocols; e.g. you had to wait in your vehicle until they came out to bring you into the office; no thank you. I was pleasantly surprised that Crestwood Optical didn't require a face diaper while in their store. Melissa Stringfellow, the store owner, greeted me a short time after I entered the store. Crestwood Optical has a nice selection of eyewear and Melissa was outstanding in helping me choose a pair of frames that fit my face style. She was also very knowledgeable about the differences between progressive lenses and traditional multi-focal lenses. The frames and lenses that I ended up purchasing came with an assembly defect. It took me two separate trips to get the defect remedied to my satisfaction, but on both occasions, both Melissa and George (?) were very accomodating and willing to do what it took to make me happy. Crestwood Optical doesn't accept eyecare insurance, but you will not need it because the prices are lower than what you'll typically find in other optical retail outlets. For the price that I've paid for one pair of frames and progressive lenses in the past, I was able to purchase one pair of frames with traditional multi-focal lenses and I had progressive lenses in an old pair of frames replaced with new multi-focal lenses. Crestwood Optical is now my preferred optical retail outlet and I plan on continuing to use them.“

“This practice is phenomenal. The whole staff is helpful, clear and friendly. The office is immaculate. My family and I see Dr. Wen and she has helped, and is helping, us so much. My family has particular needs regarding our eyesight, and I feel like we are in perfect hands with Dr. Wen. I'm also sure that Dr. Panner is fabulous based on what I have heard others say. I'm so glad to have found this practice and plan to be with them as long as I live in the area.“

“Friendly professional admin folks greet you and check you into the system. Shortly later a tech escorts you to a room full of all the latest high tech ophthalmic diagnostic equipment. Once you finish there you are escorted to an optometrist who reviews the test results with you, provides an eye examine and fits you with new glasses or sets up further treatment as necessary. A very impressive practice and staff. I would highly recommend Dr Patel and her staff.“
