I don't know where the negative reviews are coming from. Dave has always been extremely polite to me and the other customers in the store when I was there. He has built two gaming computers for me and repaired multiple other devices. His work is solid and his prices are great for the amount of attention he puts into his work. He has always been honest and upfront with me. If it's not worth the cost to fix or he's not familiar with the device he will let you know and recommend the best options. I highly recommend Tech Support if you have an issue with a laptop or phone! I dropped off my laptop with a pretty serious issue that was preventing it from booting up and the man there was very confident that he knew what the issue was and that he'd have it fixed up as good as new the next day. Not only was he very helpful, but he was very friendly and outgoing and offered me some optional upgrades, for a very reasonable price. Keep it up Tech Support!!

I could not believe the offensive manor of this man. I walked in and asked for a replacement of my cracked iPhone 6s Plus screen. The man looked at my phone and told me he would not fix it for me because he got a "bad vibe" from me. I barely spoke a few words to him. He told me he only does repairs for people who trust him. I've never been to this place. Trust is built. It was the cheapest in town with many 5 star reviews. I would not have walked in the door if i didn't think it would be trustworthy. But this man was very rude and i felt extremely embarrassed. Would NOT recommend.
