I cal.ed Star out for an Evaluation of the Goodman AC system on a house that i was buying. The AC had a cooling problem, and the seller had made 1 ineffective attempt to fix it. I needed Star to give me an estimate of what it would take to get the 5 year old unit working properly; was it a $400 repair or a $4000 replace. Jake from Star came out 2 days later, diagnosed the problem as a minor overcharging & adjustment issue, and fixed it for $200.
The company & Jake are 1st class. I will be engaging them for yearly seasonal maintenance.

After moving into a new to us home, we quickly realized that our HVAC was not keeping it cool. So of course we went directly to Star. We began using them in 1988. Now in our third home with them it was the only choice. Jake came out to evaluate our system and found it was completely empty of any Freon and arranged to have Justin come out for a quote and a couple of options. We are waiting for our install of a new system for over $14K and expect the best.

The serviceman (Chris Landes) was very professional, knowledgeable, explained and showed me his work and was the best ever at his job! I hope he comes for my next maintenance check up!
