Very intimate studio, classes are often small. Sue is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had! Very knowledgeable, attuning her classes to the requests of her students but also encouraging us to try new things. Now that I've moved, I really miss this studio!

Back to yoga basics in a good way. With it's gleaming natural wood floors & ceiling & soothing green walls you will feel at peace as soon as you step into this one room, no frills needed yoga studio. This darling one-room yoga studio in the heart of downtown Harrisonburg really stole my heart. It sits above the city's coolest bike shop and is owned and operated by an accomplished cyclist. There's no lobby and few classes, so your best bet is to check the schedule online. Very right-on Vinyasa instruction; a perfect balance of challenge and accommodation on the part of the teacher. Can i get an Om Shanti?
