I’ve have always had good experiences here with all the staff & doctors. Extremely friendly & accommodating for all patients. The phone system can be difficult to navigate. The office gets very busy but staff is fast and efficient!!

Some kinks to work on since moving under Augusta Health, I hope they can get the phone system worked out, they've always had great care and I hope they can keep up their reputation.

It’s good when you can finally get to them. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment since the end of June … it’s already August and they have not gotten back to me or called back, I call them every single week and leave messages and they have never answered. It’s very frustrating, which sucks because the service providers are actually pretty great people.
