They built our custom home this past year (2019). It was a delight working with Jim, Kyle, Patrick, George and the other good people associated with their team. We love our new home! And we know that we got lucky with Herr and their level of professionalism because now we’re hearing some sad stories about others’ experiences with their other builders. I recommend them highly.

Jim and Sam were great to work with in the planning phase of an addition that we're not quite ready to pull the trigger on. There's no one else I'd rather work with though after seeing how they worked in just the beginning steps.Their process is really comforting for a personal homeowner because it involved an on-site evaluation and ballpark all before going into a comprehensive quote plan that could end in a price I knew wasn't going to change on me (well without my permission anyway!)
