Mackenzie was super sweet and personable. She was also super attentive and noticed every small detail so well. I think she might have given me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Cannot recommend her enough!
Patricia did a good job on my hair. She greeted my daughter and I promptly and was very friendly. She was running a little behind but she let me know that upfront. She took her time and listened to what I wanted and made sure to get the right length.
Edit: When I got home and looked at the back, I can see the different layers at the bottom and a section of hair that is much shorter than everything else.
2nd edit: Patricia reached out to me personally and offered to fix my hair. She has gone above and beyond to make it right. I will definitely give her another chance. Anyone can make a mistake but owning it and making it right is rare!
