Our A/C stopped working, and Blue Mountain had someone at our house within an hour of calling! The tech showed up right on time, found the issue (a capacitor), had the part on hand, and fixed it immediately. Fast, professional, and super efficient. Highly recommend!
Amazing technical work and customer service ! As a new customer we purchased the Plumbing and HVAC Partner Plan. Our first regular safety inspection was scheduled a week out. I had a needed repair and spoke with the office manager, Donna who scheduled the repair and inspection that morning. Thank you for your kindness and flexibility ! Jared and Zach (in training) were our technicians. We were positively stunned by their knowledge, expertise, and courtesy ! Jared was most helpful in explaining the results of the inspection as well as providing us with a prioritized list of recommended maintenance and repairs. Jared was excellent. The cost was beyond outrageous for a basic toilet installation, so I wouldn’t use this company again, but the technician isn’t responsible for pricing, so 5 stars for Jared.
