He switched things around so that he could come right away since we hadn't been able to flush the toilets since the previous night. He cleared up the backup quickly and was very friendly and professional!

Our 10-year old hot-water heater stopped working. They gave me a competitive quote for an hot-water tank that was furnished by them and the installation. They installed it the same day that it stopped working which was much appreciated.
