I have been a returning customer for years now, because I crack my screen like twice a year. Their prices are reasonable for repairs, especially compared to other more popular phone repair shops. They always have my phone ready within an hour of dropping off. I’ve bought a couple refurbished iPhones from here too and they definetely beat what other stores try to charge. They even bought my old broken iPhone to knock off the price of one I wanted to buy from them. I personally haven’t had a single complaint. Every employee has been friendly and well experienced. It’s my go-to spot everytime.

I went in looking for a phone...I was assisted by Johnathan who was extremely knowledgeable. Johnathan was very patient to my many questions even though I didn't end up getting a phone.Excellent customer service

I called them and told them the story of "how I cracked my screen". I was worried because I have a new Pixel 7 Pro and I wasn't sure they could get a replacement for me. They ordered a new screen and called me when it came in. I dropped off my phone and a few hours later, it was like nothing ever happened. Thanks Wisephone Er!
