I truly cannot say enough great things about this company—if I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. On the 4th of July, a wheel bearing on my boat trailer failed on the way to a fishing trip, and without the right tools I had no way to fix it. After calling 11 towing companies with no luck due to the holiday and the size of my boat, I reached Tidewater Express.

Ashlyn, the dispatcher, went above and beyond to find a way to get help out to me. She didn’t give up, and her determination made all the difference. When the driver arrived, he put in an incredible amount of extra effort to safely load my boat onto the truck.

Kevin is the best!! Communicated well with me about how long it will take to reach me and was accommodating on making sure my truck was parked in the designated area. Give this man a raise!!

I use them often to tow trucks for one of my customers. The service has been so dependable that the customer always requests Tidewater express to do the job. Kevin has done several rows for us and is always punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for the great work and attention to detail
