“Jim was amazing. I had a difficult time getting what was in my head onto paper and another artist had pushed me off for months about it. I came in that day, he spent an hour sketching to make sure I was getting what I actually wanted and and sat me down that same day. As soon as I sat in the chair I felt at ease. He was thoughtful, reassuring, and clearly knowledgeable. This was the first part to what will likely end up a large piece, he's the only person ill be going to for the work. That being said, he was so wonderful ill be taking my friend back for the same customer service“
