I personally had an awesome experience, but I hate the fact that the manager is telling hair stylist that hair cuts will only take 15 minutes. I hate the stigma of haircuts are timed events. I came here because im tired of 10 minute haircuts and wanted to enjoy the experience.

I enjoyed my visit with Laura, she was very nice, patient and respectful. I came in there having some ideas of what I want my hair to look like and she made sure I was happy with the cut. She was so patient with me. I would definitely go again and ask for her.

Very good haircut, very good staff, very good atmosphere but an hour long wait. If you're planning on getting a haircut here any time soon, get their app and sign up ahead of time. Walk-ins are out at the back of the line and take a while to be served.
