I personally had an awesome experience, but I hate the fact that the manager is telling hair stylist that hair cuts will only take 15 minutes. I hate the stigma of haircuts are timed events. I came here because im tired of 10 minute haircuts and wanted to enjoy the experience.

waited 45 minutes for a haircut, checked in on the app, arrive on time, says I'm on deck, 5 minutes, Jenny Skips me and takes another person, now my wait time changes to 30 minutes. no explanation, nothing, i supposed to deal with it after a 46-minute wait!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. I have been coming here for years. unbelievable !!
