I had the hand & foot massage PLUS a body massage. All were excellent but that massage was down right “orgasmic”! Y’all have to go try it for yourselves!!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was given a gift certificate for Simply Panache Nail Bar over a year ago. I have made multiple attempts to book an appointment to use when I am visiting the Hampton Roads area. There are never any appointments available for any dates I need and I have tried several times in the past year. Over the past year I have called several times and left my number asking for someone to call back to ask about booking and transferring the certificate. Since we are in the area I decided to stop by since the website shows they open at 10 am. Only to get there and no one is there. I saw a sign on the door for packages to be dropped off at the restaurant Mango Mangeaux so I decided to stop but there. The hostess called the individuals who work at the spa. No appointments available yet again and the original value of the $150 certificate is now $120 because apparently each month after a year it decreases by $10. I asked if I can transfer the remaining value of the certificate to a relative or friend only to be told no because my name is on it. I asked even though I don’t live in the area and don’t know when I will be back and even though I could just transfer it to someone we know in the area so someone can get a service even if it’s not me. I was told they don’t know what to tell me. I was then provided with the 800 number in the restaurant window that sent me to an answering service yet again! One which I will likely not get any response from as I haven’t in a little over a year. I asked who manages the nail spa, I was told the ownership partners/ staff no names provided of couse. If they are under staffed the least they could do is be more flexible and accommodating when necessary. We have supported their other businesses before so I am definitely disappointed by the lack of customer service as far as returning my calls or providing me with any assistance. Apparently they are in the business of getting paid and not providing a service and are ok with it.

What a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out. You were treated with great customer care, professionalism and tender loving care as it related to your services. If you are looking for a top rated massage and nail experience, look no further. Serena is an excellent massage therapist, as well as a nail tech. The detail to what a customer wants and what you will get far exceeds your expectation. I highly recommend you visit this spa. You will not be disappointed.
Cleanliness: Very clean with excellent lighting for a spa environment.
Stylist: Serena is a must request. She is so kind, and she listens to your desires as it relates to your services.

Simply Panache Spa, we thought was an upstanding establishment. But if you're a customer there please get your money back because their money hungry Crooks. The manager there, she is very nasty and unfair, especially if you have been a customer more than several times. And make no deals, and they will not allow any latitude, especially if you can't meet your appointment particularly that day. I would advise everyone to seek another establishment if you are trying to get anything done there. You need to watch them closely or else they will double charge you, and they're gratuities are over 50%. Who does that? It's ridiculous. A $300 package was purchased by my daughter, already paid for in advance and they tried to charge her $85 for another gratuity, they will try to exploit you if you allow them to and you won't even know the difference until it's too late. It would behoove you to beware of this establishment, there are other places you can go here in the state of Virginia.

Enjoyed a relaxing girls trip weekend which included a mani/pedi and facial. Great staff and services. The facial was so relaxing, I actually fell asleep during the process. I highly recommend.
Cleanliness: The spa is very clean, appropriate sanitation. No smell of nail polish products like some nail establishments.

We made reservations for my sister's 60th birthday for a day of pampering. Let me tell you each service was beyond what we expected. As you walk through the door, you are met with warmth by the relaxing sounds of music, a friendly smile from the receptionist and an immediate sense of relaxation. Don't hesitate to book your special day with them. We indulged in each service they offered.

Place is nice, clean and beautiful! Took me so long to try this place because I thought the prices were too high, but I will say it is totally worth it. Serena was great, took her time, cleaned my feet and the paint job was flawless. She is very professional and takes her craft seriously. Already booked my next appointment!

I visited this nail bar for the first time a month ago. When I walked in Ms. Serena greeted me and offered something to drink. It's a beautiful place to unwind with the jazz playing in the background while getting your nails done. I really enjoyed the hand massage which was needed with the type of work that I do. This was a great gift from my husband and I will return in the future. Also kudos to Ms. Serena she is amazing!
