Superb customer service & HONEST! We had a tree puncture our roof in a storm, and Mr Simmons personally responded , DURING the storm, on a SUNDAY evening. A lot of businesses would’ve not answered or said “tomorrow”. He charged an affordable rate & he genuinely did his best work, regardless of price. This was more than cutting up a tree. He helped our family in a moment of need & he didn’t take advantage of the situation by charging a lot of money. Simmons tree service did a fantastic job trimming three trees around my house as i was getting ready to sell. Pete and John both were punctual, polite, professional, and accommodating to my specific requests. I’ve already personally recommended them to a few neighbors and friends. His pricing beat two other competitors i had inquired into as well, completely fair.
