The absolute worst experience. I called 2 days in the row to request more information on my lab test that says abnormal!!! I was told that the doctor has up to 48 hours to contact me after the testing. After 48 hours I called back to inquire about no one contacting me, I was then told that Dr. Karasek is only in office on Wednesday to go over lab results and will contact me at that time. It's after 5:30pm on Wednesday and still no communication!!! I've been stressed and Major anxiety about my so-called abnormal test which includes but not limited to fatty liver and bacteria in my urinary tract!!!

Overall visit yesterday was a full waste of time, seeing Dr Fell . He stated he was very thorough but didn’t listen to anything I truly said. I asked him to look at my ankle sprain 2-3 times and never once did he, noticed I declined vaccines and proceeded to tell me he has Covid 2 weeks ago as if I asked him nor was that the reason of my visit. And it basically went even more down hill from there. Told him about bleeding I was having and just wanted to mask symptoms. I don’t recommend this doctor at all. Nor will I be coming back. I just wish there were doctors who CARE to listen rather than try to just get you vaccinated and see you as dollar signs then a patient...read full review

This was single handedly the worst experience I have had in medicine. I made an appointment because I AM NUMB ALL OVER MY BODY and that is literally what I spent my ENTIRE appointment talking about to my doctor, and when I didn’t get ANY response from her for like a week after I had to read and interpret my own test results. She did not think I have fatty liver (a disorder I’ve been diagnosed with by two other physicians) and she did not make ANY documentation of that I am experiencing any neurological symptoms and my EXTENSIVE history of neurological issues.
