From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, the whole staff at Patient First - Hampton was professional, efficient, and caring! My sprained ankle was literally in good hands! Many thanks to everyone at Patient First!

This visit was informative and nostalgic. I was immediately seen after signing in, enjoyed conversation with Nilsa and was seen by Dr. Montgomery who saved my life almost 10 years ago to date. The good news about my blood pressure was just the silver lining.

The Hampton location has been my preferred urgent care provider since they opened. Having been seen for a wide range of ailments, I’ve never been disappointed with my level of care. The providers’ bedside manner is always caring, yet professional. More importantly, I’ve never left with my issue unresolved. Today was the first time I experienced a long wait and even then, everyone I encountered from registration, to my vitals being taken, to the PA - was nothing but patient and compassionate.
