M.D. Express Urgent Care is a healthcare provider with six locations in Hampton Roads. They offer fast service on a first-come, first-served basis, aiming to serve patients quicker than a hospital emergency room for non-life-threatening emergencies.
The team consists of experienced physicians, friendly staff, and compassionate professionals who strive to provide quality care. Patients have noted that while the facility can be busy, leading to longer wait times, the staff remains dedicated to ensuring a positive experience.
Many patients have praised the speed and affordability of service, particularly highlighting the welcoming nature and great customer service from team members like Sam K. Others have expressed gratitude for the compassionate care provided by professionals such as P.A. Jackie Smulgus and the X-ray technician. However, some visitors have raised concerns about cleanliness and recommend bringing their own sanitizing supplies.
Came today. Lots of waiting- the PA never went over my visit with me. Just imaging then 40 minutes of waiting to sign a paper so I could leave. Still don’t know what’s causing my pain just know I’m in it. Guess I’m figure out my visit note myself
I was pleasantly welcomed ....
The medical assistant that listened to my issue was very pleasant to talk with.
The physician that handled the challenge I came in with was a total blessing.
I would choose this location again if I need urgent care again....
Great service and medical treatment received at Med Express in Hampton. I was able to schedule an appointment online so I was not sitting in the waiting room either spreading my germs or catching new ones. Upon my arrival, I was seen ON TIME!! Harold Reiss, PA as well as all the other staff listened to my concerns and treated me with with respect and courtesy. .Left there not only with a course treatment, but feeling better after ruling out several serious ailments as the issue. Will definitely come here again.
