The PA, Ms Ellen Montgomery, was extremely helpful. She was kind, approachable, and had professional expertise. She took my requests into consideration and treated me with dignity and respect. She was not dismissive like some other practitioners I’ve experienced in the past. The guy that brought me to the room was also really friendly. A smile and positive attitude can brighten any sick persons day, even for a brief moment. Thank you all for your help.

Outstanding Service! There should be a study done on the efficiency this Urgent Care! My son and I checked in at 6:45pm with around 20-25 people in the waiting room. We were still registered and seen within 90 minutes and waking out the door with 6 rapid tear and 2 prescriptions in under 2 hours. I was very impressed with the staff and their processes!!
