The person that assisted our family, Benrey Lane, was exceptional. Although one of the younger staff members, Ben was professional, compassionate, and supportive during these life changing days. Solving all of our issues. Ben even called the day after the celbration of life church service to check on us, even though Parklawn was not directly involved. Talked to Ben's manager and told her what a fine job Ben did for us, and represents Parklawn very well. T White

Everyone that we interacted with was wonderful and continuously kept us updated in regards to my father’s funeral arrangements. They took care of every need and it greatly helped during a difficult time.

The were very professional and understanding. They did everything to make the transition easier on the family and on me. They were there every time I had a question or needed clarification. They explained every step so we would understand what was needed. My parents had already set up their plan but they walked us through everything which was extremely helpful.
