The person that assisted our family, Benrey Lane, was exceptional. Although one of the younger staff members, Ben was professional, compassionate, and supportive during these life changing days. Solving all of our issues. Ben even called the day after the celbration of life church service to check on us, even though Parklawn was not directly involved. Talked to Ben's manager and told her what a fine job Ben did for us, and represents Parklawn very well.
