One Nails

I got my nails done here a couple months ago and today I came in to have them put the gel glue on my press ons to make them stay longer the lady talked to me so rudely I will never set foot back in this shop again I had the money to get the set done I just didn’t like how I was being talk to was the problem I would not recommend this shop based on the customer service there

I went in for a pedicure it’s been a long time since I’ve used this salon.The owner knew exactly who I was .I was surprised to see her daughter had grown up and now working in salon.She was very attentive to my needs .The pedicure was exactly what and how I asked for .This young lady was very tender with my twisted ankle and even asked if the pressure was ok.The salon is very clean and customer service outstanding.Will return soon .Service: Foot massages

I only rated it 2 stars because they did complete the service but it was not a pleasurable experience and my nails look sloppy. I made an appointment but due to miscommunication between the nail techs & receptionist they didn’t have it down. After waiting for forever, she finally did my nails and they’re supposed to be a pink French tip but look awful because of how uneven the tips are. The gentleman working there also proceeded to yell in my ear, speaking with the woman who was doing my nail’s the entire duration of my service. Thankfully, my brows look okay.Service: Waxing
