Last night Great Clips refused me service and told me I should go to JC Penny's., so I did. I walked in., I was seen within about 5 minutes. Showed Lisa Peak, Master Deaigner, 5 different pictures of what I was going for. 1 picture of the back, 1 of the sides, 2 of the bangs( options) and 1 with a lady in a messy bun with soft tendrils framing her face. Lisa asked a few questions, then went to work. She gave me exactly what I asked( a first since moving to VA 6 years ago) and made it look beautiful. I have felt so pretty ever since. She is a wonder hair dresser, oh excuse me Master Designer and she lives up to the title. THAN YOU LISAServices: Haircut

6/8/21: I stopped by around 7:30 pm thinking they closed at 9 pm. NOPE! They close at 8 pm. So, I had to rush to find a shirt/shapes for work. I didn't get to find the shoes, but I was able to find a dress I liked really quickly. They turned the lights out on me & when I got to the register, the cashier had trouble ringing me up. After trying several times & even changing registers, it worked. I was able to pay and leave. The cashier was friendly, but the manager letting people out of the store wasn't. I don't understand why they changed their hours, but they should at least wait to shut the lights off when they know everyone is out. How rude. Lol.

Went in for color correction and hi lites Kelly was amazing with both. I had a bad hair color done elsewhere she helped me with several color choices and listened to my concerns the finished job was amazing. Will definitely be back booked my next appointment before I left.
