We recently had a Provia door installed. Mike worked with us through several iterations of door specifications to ensure we got the door we wanted, and he was never a high-pressure salesman. The installation team was courteous and professional; they put in a full day's work with this door installation. After the door was installed, we felt like a few adjustments were needed and Mike and his team came back to address our concerns. Mike and his team did an excellent job of replacing our Smokey glass with new glass windows. Have used Goodman for years was not surprised ! Excellent service , quality work , great people!!!!!

Mr. Mike and another tech came the first time, evaluated the problem with one of our Livingroom windows and suggested 2 pieces in the window track went missing; the last window cleaning the window was off balance and I missed the proper fit to shut it. Mr. Mike told me that he knows exactly what it needed and that the pieces have to be ordered, then he'll call to make an appointment to install them. That appointment was this morning. They came before the time they set up, surprise but a good one. The pieces were installed professionally, then we were educated on how to know when the window is off track to close it after cleaning.
