This auto shop is friendly, and helpful, Vietnamese own. The service is professional and great quality. The owner will show you the other small problems parts that should replace during the main repair to help you prevent to replace them later. He will tell the price of the parts up front. If you agree to replace them , he will do it without extra charge or my little extra if it take more time during main repair.

This is one of the first times I had ever gone to an auto shop for a repair for my vehicle. My car was making weird metal scraping sounds. I was super worried, and I came here, they found out the problem in a matter of minutes, then were able to fix it in less than 30 min. The problem was only a mis-installed brake pad, but they got done fast, installed it correctly, and now my car is driving great. While I still live in Hampton, I know where I'm getting my car fixed from now on.
