“I found this company through Google after looking for someone to take a look at my son’s car. I purchased the car for him a little over a year ago, and recently it started having some major issues. We had already received several different opinions about what could be wrong, so I decided to reach out for another professional assessment.
Scheduling was extremely easy, and he actually arrived early, which I really appreciated. He took the time to thoroughly assess the car and determined that the engine was the problem. Unfortunately, replacing the engine wouldn’t make financial sense given the age and value of the car. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just give me the diagnosis and leave, he took the time to explain why he wouldn’t recommend replacing the engine and answered my questions so that I fully understood my options.
He also gave me a recommendation on where we could go from here, which was extremely helpful. On top of that, we discovered that he’s originally from California, which is where we’re from since we’re not Virginia natives. It was a nice coincidence and made the experience even more personable.
Overall, great service, very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and easy to work with. I definitely appreciate someone who will tell you when something is NOT worth spending your money on rather than trying to make a sale. I will absolutely be using him again, especially as I start searching for another car for my son. I’d love to have him inspect any vehicle we’re considering before we purchase it. Highly recommend!”
