“I was blown away regarding the customer service, patience and knowledge Miguel had when he came to look at our suv- my husband recently passed away and his Durango is on its last legs - knowing nothing about vehicles, I wasn’t sure if I should fix it or forget it. Miguel knew instantly that the truck has sentimentality value more than anything.
