I have been to 3 other optometrists. Dr. Kauffman took time to make sure "after each change of lenses" that i could clearly see.After 4 failed prescription glasses that i couldn't use, i gave up.I finally have a pair of glasses that are perfect. I can clearly see while reading computer work, etc. It's amazing!Im recommending him to everyone. Im thrilled. I didn't have high hopes, but he nailed it. Im so happy. Thank you

Dr John Kauffman III, Hampton Virginia .......Unfortunately, those who are SATISFIED are NOT the clients that typically write reviews. So typically you get a very warped view of the truth of an office's service. We discovered Dr. John,III when he was working for Pearl Vision in Denbigh & have been very HAPPY with his service through the years since. We lost track of him when he left PV but found him within a short time. All 5 of our family need his services for & have NO COMPLAINTS with his care or the interactions with his staff. We have all had glasses; we have all had contacts; he has never disappointed us. Our 52yr old son who now lives in south Florida... read full review
