I was a walk in but was very lucky due to another stylist from a different place cancelling on me at the last minute. I have two - three inches of hair (growing it back out) and they were able to complete a braid down for me in 30 minutes for a crochet style. Fast and very efficient. I have been going to their shop for years. I love both of them, they are kind, knowledgeable about braiding. They are always respectful and my hair looks amazing when done. It don't take long and it last. great place to go for micros
