Was very impressed on how fast they were able to repair my Kenmore washing machine. While there I saw a fridge that was newer than mine so I went ahead and got that the same time.

So patient!!! We had bought 3 different stoves in 3 months. Couldn't figure out why they weren't working. So we decided to try B&B. Got it home. Nope didn't work. These people are so patient. We took it back...he plugged it up and bam...it worked. Come to find out the breaker for the stove at our home was burned out! Thanks for that tip!!! I just love my stove!!! Works great now!!!!

I purchased a new General Electric refrigerator from B&B appliances in Phoenix Arizona, October 9th and it was delivered October 10, 2023. The first part of December the refrigerator started failing. I called B&B and they informed me that it was a General Electric warranty and I would have to contact them. I asked B&B if they had a loaner refrigerator to use because GE wasn’t coming out to repair the refrigerator until December 27th (20 days later). Even though they have used refrigerators, they wouldn’t let me use one until General Electric got mine repaired.
