I was having a high-water bill. Joe and his crew came out and found the leak. They work hard to fix the problems with the new pipe. Joe and the crew work hard to fix the problem. Joe took the time to explain every he did. GREAT JOB
10/31/2024: I had another great experience using Atlantic Plumbing HVAC this week. I contacted Atlantic Plumbing about a week ago after I had discovered a crack starting in the copper sewer drain pipe under the crawl space of my home. I made an appointment to have it looked at to see what my options might be. I could have had just a small section of the copper pipe removed and repaired, but decided since our brick rancher was built in 1964, that all of my copper drain pipes had seen their better days and selected to have them all changed out with PVC pipe. Great service from start to finish! I was scheduled promptly for a service call with a narrow arrival time (9:00 am to 9:15 am - NO waiting around for hours) and the Tech arrived right on time. He listened closely to what my problem was, made his own careful evaluation and then gave me a very reasonable estimate. Parts were quickly delivered and installed. He not only made the repair, he performed some preventative maintenance cleaning to leave the entire unit much better than when he arrived! Thank you!
