They had a great selection but the customer service was bad. The African woman is the worst. She acts frustrated when you can't understand through her thick accent. And they do follow you like you're stealing but all of these kinds of store hair stores do that if you know what I mean. I'll still shop there if they ever reopen because they usually had what I wanted. And since I don't steal they can follow me around the store all day.

Thought I hate visiting most beauty supply stores I must say that this one carried a large selection of products. Unfortunately, it recently burned down. Not sure if or when they will return.

Went for the first time, bought 2 wigs and got discounts on both. However , workers need to be more friendly and helpful. Observed one looking at her phone, she never offered assistance , the other one was more friendly. Not sure if I would return, will go further down the street to the 5 star black own beauty that people are ranting postively about.
