“I have been going to Jenny’s for a long time, Katya has been cutting my hair recently and does a fabulous job every time. The only complaint I have is that Nina, the girl who “checked me in” looked up and saw me walking in the doorway and didn’t acknowledge me for about 10 seconds after I was standing in front of her and she finished her text. She then said she would let Katya know I’m here, but she did not do that. The only reason I was seen was because Katya walked up to me knowing that a person was sitting there and she had an appointment at that time. Very disappointed with Nina, as the typical people who check me in there are also great.“
