My inital visit consisted of a thorough medical intake, physical examination by their Nurse Practitioner, X-rays of my lumbar and cervicle spine, and a chiropractic adjustment. Dr. Glenn immediately put his hands on my three trigger points just by looking at my X-rays and my back through my T-shirt. I got instant relief in my low back.
I came back two days later and met with the NP who showed me my X-rays and discussed their recommended treatment plan, which involves a 24 sesion series of decompression of my cervical spine, followed by a cold laser treatment to stimulate more blood flow in my compressed discs, and eventually rehab to stretch and strengthen my neck muscles.
