From the beginning when calling the company and speaking to Maria (who answered the phone) and could not be have been nicer; to meeting and working with Kristi throughout the whole project. Kristi was knowledgeable and resourceful. She helped us to get everything we needed to our HOA and was available if they had questions. After our project was approved by our HOA Kristi was instrumental and getting the project started the very next week......yup amazingly fast!! The workers also went the extra mile. The guys who brought the materials and cleared our whole porch of flower pots and furniture for the project who also built our stairs from the porch to the ground making it easier on my broken body to get down the stairs. We found all of them to be the most hard working and efficient individuals who provided excellent customer service. We would have to say in our experience with other companies Custom Gardens has got to be one of the BEST in providing excellent service from start to finish with stellar staff and a very reasonable pricing. Finally, we have to put in a special plug for Dylan because he did the major bulk of the work after the stairs were built. Our project consisted of brick pavers on our cement porch and a flag stone path to our bird feeders. He was very particular about the look of our porch and could not have been neater when applying the mortar. He did an excellent job placing a very attractive pattern with the bricks on our porch and we enjoyed getting to know him through the process. He was so thorough in the quality of his work and provided excellent customer service to us. Both my husband and I thank Dylan, Matt, Shawn, Kristi, Maria and all the others for a job well done. “We hired Mr Marco Guerra to convert our front and back yard into a beautiful and well manicured yard(s). He has proven to be dependable, honest and ethical in all of his dealings with us. Marco and his crews cut down full grown trees, removed a 25 yard row of six to eight foot tall shrubs, cut down and shaped seriously over grown hedges, removed unwanted plants, completed weed removals, planted beautiful roses, placed mulch and fruit trees and now maintains our yard. His janitorial service cleaned up our newly bought home after construction had been completed inside bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. They cleaned floors, dusted shelves, cleaned out drawers, scrubbed tile and marble, cleaned sinks, washed windows, spray washed the patio and driveway, removed and replaced patio lattice, removed and disposed of construction debris, removed grout from lawn and patio deck, removed and disposed of bricks, and cleaned walls, lighting and even painted closet walls, a bathroom cabinet and all around touch up paint in the entire house. They did this, all within one day of scheduling them. Just amazing. The crews then went on to clean out our shed that had been left with wood chips, trash, construction debris, food, old paint cans, buckets etc. and disposed of everything. We HIGHLY recommend HG.
