“Medhus Construction has exceeded my (already high) expectations! This company truly has it all together; from the office, to the construction, all the way up the ladder to owner, Erik Medhus. The communication is excellent! Dana walked me through the whole project, I was never left wondering any of the "who's, what's, when's and why's!" All of the workers are very friendly, professional, and obviously skilled in what they do. I will say, they aren't the cheapest but, they certainly are not the most expensive either however, with the quality Medhus Construction, Inc. produces, they Could and Should charge more...they are worth every penny (I actually shared that with Mr. Medhus and he said he is "not out here to rip people off." He said he, "has built a company around his passion and he's lucky enough to be able to support his family with his love of construction and doesn't need anymore than that." The Quality is TOP NOTCH! Erik Medhus is so incredibly talented and knowledgeable in his trade. His work is BY FAR the BEST I have seen over my many years. His perfectionism is a great bonus for his clients. As soon as the project started underway, I was completely confident in this team! The end product beat my imagination...they brought my idea to life, and then some! “Found L.U. Pearce's information at a dining table in the Courthouse Restaurant in Gloucester.Mr. Pearce actually looked at my property a year before I was ready for the work to be done, and would consistently get back to me, even if he or I were out of town at the time.When it came time, I had two bedrooms with closets, a hallway, and a bathroom drywalled and painted (plus trim in all and tile over the tub I had set myself in the bathroom) for a fair price, even including the fact that he managed to upsell me on updating the electrical in all three rooms.Thad, Jason, Eric, and Brian worked on my job- with the exception of a couple days when one of them had a family emergency. All four were very professional and did solid work. They weren't all there every day, as Mr. Pearce had other jobs going on simultaneously and needed hands elsewhere, but I never had a day that I didn't see progress if they were there. Thad did an outstanding job on the electrical update and Jason's tile installation came out beautifully.When all was said and done, the upstairs of my house looks like new apartment (minus the flooring, which I hadn't contracted them for).I plan on bringing them back in when I get done with the rip-out in the downstairs bathroom, and have already recommended them to someone I know from Norfolk who just moved up to Hayes.Solid work.Services: Tile work installation“

“Hired contractor to do tub to tiled shower conversion with bench for disabled member. Nice guy and was able to fit me in busy schedule.
