I called to ask if someone would look at my head because I don't understand what's going on with it or how to style it. They absolutely refused to see me! Run don't go!!!

I brought in pictures of a modern medium-length bob and walked out with awful 1970's mom hair. I'm wearing a hat until I can get it cut somewhere else. Young adults stay far away, I don't recommend this salon for anyone under 40. Additionally, I came in for a walk-in appointment and ended up having to schedule anyway.
