My two major stylists are the best that I have had since being an active duty Marine. Michelle is still cutting hair on base at Quatico VA as well and brings that quality and capabilty to her work here when she is dealing with a Veteran like me in Short Pump and needs a hair cut.
We have been going to this Sports Clips location and seeing Michelle for over two years. She is absolutely wonderful. She is able to adjust to my sons changing styles. She is an absolute gem and we are lucky to have her.
I always get a consistent/great cut every time I visit Sport Clips, no matter who cuts my hair. The fact that you all keep your customers preferences in a database so the stylists can see my last haircut adds to the consistency of the cut. Your staff is always very friendly and make the experience very enjoyable. Well done!!
