Richmond Decorating in Glen Allen came to my rescue after a horrific flooring experience with another company. I called Richmond Decorating on a Monday and spoke with Jennifer. I explained due to confusion on whether solid wood could be glued down to concrete, I was left with no floors in 2 rooms. Jennifer immediately jumped into action to get the ball rolling to rectify the situation. Tuesday morning I received a call from Lee asking if it was ok for him to come in the afternoon to measure in addition to bringing samples to choose from.
