I've been a patient of Dr. Epperson for years, and I absolutely love his approach to vision care. He listens, takes his time, and tries to understand what works best for you. He explains everything clearly and always makes me feel like he cares about me as person as well as my vision needs. Every staff member I've ever come into contact with has been wonderful; they all take their time and make sure you have a very positive experience. They're also very knowledgeable and helpful with your insurance plans, and they make sure you get the best benefit possible. I came to Short Pump MyEyeDr after being a longtime devoted client at a MyEyeDr in another city. I crossed my fingers and hoped to have an equally great experience in Short Pump. I was not disappointed. Dr. Virk was terrific! She was friendly and thorough. She explained everything she was doing and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. She did not try to hard sell me. I felt well cared for. Kathleen was also terrific. She guided me through the process of buying a new pair of glasses. She knew what she was doing - guiding me to the glasses that best met my needs. It was a great experience - I’ll be back!

I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the service I received when getting the eye exam, picking out my glasses, as well as picking up my glasses (which arrived much sooner than expected!). Not only that, but I also got a new pair of ears to match my shirt! Thank you!
