I cold called Excel Truck Group in Glen Allen, Va about PM on our Jayco Seneca RV (with a Freightliner M2 chassis). was pleasantly surprised at the politeness and professionalism of Kevin Edens on the phone. He quoted me a fair price for the PM with oil change. The cost ended up being lower than quoted. Kevin Edens was a pleasure to meet. He spent a great deal of time answering my questions about our Freightliner. Customer service plays a huge role in who we decide to do business with. Kevin far exceeded our standards. I am confident we have found our go to shop for maintenance & repair. Thank you Excel. Thank you Kevin Edens.
This shop again have met my expectations with the repair and also took care of my truck in a timely manner. I want to also thank Kevin Edens again for always getting my truck in and back on the road. This shop is always my go too when it come down to my repairs.
