I come here 2-4 times a week to get parts here. I always receive excellent customer service here from the parts department, especially from Dawn. She is always on top of things and is always helping us out in anyway she can, keep up the great work Dawn.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Dawn in the parts department at Rush Truck Centers at the Ashland, VA location. She is absolutely amazing. Every time I come in, she is incredibly helpful and always running around trying to get customers taken care of as quickly as possible. Her professionalism and customer service really stand out.

Ran up there today to pick up a starter for my IC bus. The young lady behind the counter, Dawn, was amazing! She was super friendly, knew exactly what I needed, ran to get it and then checked to see what discount she could give me before she checked me out! Now I call that service!
