Fabulous furr fun! Our first visit was a success. Very impressed with the level of detail they asked about my dog - temperament, comfort level, play style. They even asked what my goal was. Also impressed with the large retail area with almost anything you could want or need. We were greeted and checked in quickly. Employees patiently answered my questions. Got a great report on his day when I came for pick up. My dog looked happy and well-exercised, so I was happy. Looking forward to a boarding stay soon!
A great experience for our dog. He was there for a practice day and night then for 11 days. He had no issues- staff were loving to him.and reassured us that he would be fine since this was his first time being boarded other than staying with friends!
Very well run. Reservation went easily. and they asked all the right questions. My dog received excellent care. I called daily for updates and they were glad to hear from me. All shots are required and vet records. The place was so clean. Smelled clean as well. The staff there is so nice and personable. Understood my lengthy good bye. I couldn't leave her personal blanket but I understand why and they gave her clean blankets every day. She even had turkey dinner with the fixings for Thanksgiving! I'd definitely take her there again. She was so clean and happy at pickup.
