Hector and his team at Counter-Vation were a pleasure to work with. He came to the house, listened to what we wanted and had some great ideas as he drew up a design plan on his laptop. The demo and install was surprisingly quick and very professional. He paid attention to detail. The counters and cabinets are high quality and affordable. Our family loves our new kitchen!!
The Owner, Hector, and his team are great to work with. I had an urgent need for a countertop after the first one broke during shipping and I needed a quick solution to avoid further delays. I messaged one of their consultants, Bob, and we had a replacement in place in time to avoid delays, and we actually ended up with a better product than we originally ordered from the supplier.
We stopped by Counter-Vation to shop for countertops for three bathrooms. Bernard showed us around the shop and took a lot of time with us to discuss different materials including granite, marble, and quartz. Everyone was professional and extremely customer focused. Hector came to the house to measure the three bathrooms and the installation was completed a week later by Alex and Amamso. We could not be happier with the entire process and highly recommend Counter-Vation. Top notch installation, excellent communication and superb customer focus.
