The testing was okay. Everything else was unorganized. Billing was handled extremely poorly, nobody mentioned a payment until the day of the results and then the results were basically held until I made the payment, even there there was no invoice provided. They don’t mention anything at all about payment, which leads clients to believe that they will run the insurance and bill you for whatever insurance doesn’t cover. It’s fine if that isnt their practice, they just aren’t upfront about it. And to have someone sitting in front of you on the day that you are waiting to receive diagnosis and very clumsily trying to address billing that should have been addressed far earlier is poor in taste.It has taken almost two weeks to get a clear explanation from them on why I was overcharged. And now I’m waiting for them to tell me when I will receive a refund. Very disappointed with this part of their service.

life changers! I had services and then didnt for a long while but recently felt out of my depths with my 3 kids on the spectrum and they had no problem helping me get services going again! the more you want to get out of it the more you will is what i have experienced.
