Coastal Contracting installed windows and a door in our home that are now leaking and/or detaching from the home. As well, they painted the interior of our home, and the paint on our banister and doors is now peeling off. All of this has occurred in less than 8 months from the work being done. Coastal Contracting will respond and say we owe them money, however they have been paid in full (both checks were cashed by Coastal Contracting without any questions asked). The balance in question is for work that was not performed. I am thrilled beyond words with Coastal Contracting with my screened in porch! Working with Kwan and her team was such a pleasant experience and from beginning to end, I felt so comfortable and confident that I picked the right company for the job. The workmanship was beautiful and above par, the owner and crew was responsive to my changes and requests, and it was completed very timely.
