The two people who came the same day systematically examined the problem and came back the next day with what appears to me to be the most cost effective solution. The problem now appears to be completely solved, less than 24 hours from the start of their visit. Both people seemed knowledgeable and interested in solving the problem in the best way. They didn't leave a big mess behind and the cost was a bit less than I expected. Even in the small chance that what they did doesn't turn out to be a permanent solution, I would hire this company to undertake more expensive work to achieve a permanent solution if necessary.“
