“I would like to give A HUGE shout out to R&R Septic out of Wytheville. I called them Friday evening and they said they would come to pump my septic tank today. They also said they would call when they were heading our way. Not only did they do exactly that, but when they got held up with a problem with their truck, they called to let me know they would be later than they thought! That's what I call customer service!!!! He came, he did the job, he was very nice and friendly AND he charged exactly what they quoted me Friday! If y'all need septic work, please give them a call. You won't be sorry.“
